You may use OSSVARIUM for personal, lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the application, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for illegal activity.
OSSVARIUM may display information, links, artwork, metadata or references related to artists and releases. Rights to third-party music, artwork, names, trademarks and related materials remain with their respective owners.
OSSVARIUM may link to external music platforms, artist pages and other third-party services. OSSVARIUM is not responsible for the availability, content, policies or actions of those services.
OSSVARIUM may use Pi authentication, Pi transactions or other features provided through the Pi ecosystem. Use of those features may also be subject to separate Pi Network terms, policies and technical requirements.
Relics, ranks, XP, achievements, certificates and similar features within OSSVARIUM are application features and do not represent ownership rights, financial securities or guaranteed monetary value.
OSSVARIUM may be updated, changed, suspended or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time. Features may also change during development and testing.
OSSVARIUM is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for losses resulting from use of the application, third-party services, service interruptions or user actions.
These Terms of Service may be updated as OSSVARIUM develops and new features are introduced. Continued use of the application after changes means that you accept the updated terms.
